2.2. Delivery timescales: We aim to deliver your order within 4-8 working days from the date of your order confirmation. However, these timescales are indicative only, and we shall not be liable for any delays.
3. Liquidation Stock
3.1. No returns policy: Please note that all sales of liquidation & clearance stock are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any liquidation stock items purchased through our website.
4. Returns and Refunds for Non-Liquidation Items
4.1. Return policy: If you are not satisfied with a non-liquidation item purchased, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions.
4.2. Condition of returned items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
4.3. Return postage: The buyer is responsible for paying return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
