Suitability of Stock
We reserve the right to decline to make an offer, or to make a reduced offer, on any stock following review, entirely at our discretion. Submission of a stocklist, inventory details, or images does not guarantee that an offer will be made on all or any part of the stock submitted.
Where stock is deemed unsuitable for purchase — whether due to condition, category, saleability, market demand, or any other commercial factor — we will inform you accordingly. We are under no obligation to provide a detailed explanation of our valuation methodology or reasons for declining any item or category of stock.
Any indicative figures, ranges, or estimates given prior to a full review of the complete inventory are non-binding and subject to change once the full stocklist has been assessed.
2. Orders and Delivery
2.1. All orders placed through stockbuyer.co.uk are subject to our acceptance.
2.2. Delivery timescales: We aim to deliver your order within 4-8 working days from the date of your order confirmation. However, these timescales are indicative only, and we shall not be liable for any delays.
3. Liquidation Stock
3.1. No returns policy: Please note that all sales of liquidation & clearance stock are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any liquidation stock items purchased through our website.
4. Returns and Refunds for Non-Liquidation Items
4.1. Return policy: If you are not satisfied with a non-liquidation item purchased, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions.
4.2. Condition of returned items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
4.3. Return postage: The buyer is responsible for paying return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of your use of our website or purchasing goods from us is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods.
