Clearance Stock Policy

Orders and Payments

  • All orders placed through StockBuyer.co.uk & via invoice are subject to product availability and will be acknowledged with an order confirmation.
  • Payments can be made through the various payment methods offered at checkout. Your account will be charged at the time of purchase.

Clearance Stock

  • Products labeled as "clearance stock" are sold at a discounted price due to their nature as overstock, discontinued lines, or excess inventory.
  • The discounted price reflects the clearance nature of the stock and the conditions of sale as stipulated herein.

No Refunds, Credit Only Policy

  • Due to the special pricing and limited nature of our clearance stock, Swansea Sales UK Limited is unable to offer refunds on any items purchased.
  • Instead, for any clearance items that do not meet your satisfaction due to defects or inaccuracies in the product description, we offer a credit for the value of the purchased item(s).
  • This credit can be used towards any future purchases on StockBuyer.co.uk or NEW offers on Whatsapp.

Returns and Exchanges

  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the clearance item(s) within [insert number of days] days of receipt for a credit note, subject to the following conditions:
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition it was received.
    • Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • A credit note will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

Limitation of Liability

  • Swansea Sales UK Limited shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Swansea Sales UK Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
