1. Right to withdraw offerStockBuyer Ltd reserves the absolute right to withdraw, revise, or cancel any offer at any point prior to the final completion of sale. No offer constitutes a binding contract until a sale agreement has been signed by both parties and consideration exchanged.

2. Offers subject to inspectionAll valuations are estimates based on information supplied by the seller. Any offer is subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle at the time of collection. If the vehicle's actual condition differs from the details provided, StockBuyer Ltd reserves the right to revise or withdraw the offer.

3. Accuracy of informationThe seller is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the offer being withdrawn and may constitute a criminal offence under the Fraud Act 2006.

4. Outstanding financeWhere a vehicle is subject to outstanding finance, the seller warrants they have authority to sell. StockBuyer Ltd may settle the outstanding finance directly with the lender. Any shortfall between the settlement figure and the offer price is the sole responsibility of the seller.

5. Offer validityValuations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue, subject to no material change in the vehicle's condition or circumstances. StockBuyer Ltd reserves the right to expire any offer before this period if market conditions change significantly.

6. No obligationRequesting a valuation does not obligate either party to proceed. Either party may withdraw at any stage prior to completion without penalty.

7. Data & privacyPersonal information submitted will be used solely for processing your valuation and completing a potential sale. Your data will not be sold to third parties.

8. Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
